Elizabeth enjoys providing a variety of customized treatment options to her clients. She is experienced treating numerous conditions including anxiety, mental and emotional stress, postural imbalances, chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, migraines and prenatal massage. Her treatments include a mixture of traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, cupping as well as craniosacral-lymphatic drainage integration. She believes that bodies of all shapes and sizes deserve to receive massage therapy, in a nonjudgmental and safe space.
